The packaging it nice neat and tighty. You can see at a glance if all pieces are there. There are tons of options from color, flash modes and speeds of flash. You also have options for power. You can connect with a USB port or if one isn't convenient you can connect a battery pack that is included. I tried both and both worked as expected. The battery pack does require three AA batteries that doesn't come with it, so plan accordingly. You can connect several strings together, but I have only purchased just the one, but may invest in another to experiment with that. There is adhesive on the back of the strip so you can put most anywhere. The strip is clear silicone and you can see the curicuts in it when it's off. I do not recommend you look to see if the curicuts are visible when it's on, due to how bright the lights are. Because you can see the curicuts when it's off, you may want to put it out of direct vision. If I buy another string, I will come back and update this review. ### ⭐⭐ Initially DOA, replacement died within 3 months *by R***H on Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2017* Upon arrival of the first order, red LEDs stopped functioning properly within 5 minutes of opening the product. Still technically functional, but with a limited color range.However, the seller offered a full replacement for free so as long as that new item is completely functional then there is no net loss and I can recommend this product.REVIEW UPDATE: Only a few months after receiving the replacement LED strip, it too has died, leaving me no choice but to update this review. I give it 2 stars because it did function for a few months, although it was being powered on for a maximum of 5 minutes per day.The strip still produces light, but ONLY solid red light, with no other color options and no flashing or other patterns. I had intended to use them on my mobility walker for the holidays, but after opening it and looking at it, decided that was not best use, and instead mounted the tape around the outside edge of my 40" TV. I know people usually put these on the back of their TV, or under counters, shelves, etc. but I kind of like seeing the lights themselves, not just the light emitted.The adhesive sticks well.
