I don't understand why desertcart has no problem selling and delivering cleaning robots with flammable liquids, but when you try to return a broken item, they already refuse to accept the broken item for security reasons. I believe that such a policy is a direct violation of Canadian consumer protection law. I tried to contact desertcart support, again they refused to return the defective item and advised me to contact the manufacturer in the USA. The problem is that the warranty on this robot only covers the US and I'm not sure if I can get my money back since I live in Canada.
