Review: Easy In and Out - Moved into a 28 year old home and noted the white recessed light shields were looking tired. Searched around for replacements for the existing shields and landed on these as the dimensions were identical and seemed to have good reviews for quality and functionality. Very easy to install, just unscrew the bulb, pull out the old one, clean out the area, pop in the new one, replace the bulb and it's done. Anxious to see how they last but indications are they are OEM quality or better. Great value of the money.

These fit perfectly and although slightly shorter than the Halo baffles these actually taper in more to make up for it so it still has a nice finished look while allowing a standard LED bulb (PAR 20) a great fit. As a matter of fact these are actually a bit better because they are metal and have a foam ring to seal against the drywall, Hal9 brand does not. Also, the Halo version at the big “L”blue box store is plastic and with no foam seal, AND COST $16 EACH!!! THATS ROBBERY! The orange big box store charges $12 each for theirs. I am buying more of these to finish my whole house remodel. EXTREMELY pleased with the quality and price of these baffles from Torchstar. BRAVO!!

Moved into a 28 year old home and noted the white recessed light shields were looking tired. Searched around for replacements for the existing shields and landed on these as the dimensions were identical and seemed to have good reviews for quality and functionality.
