I love this stuff. It definitely helps keep my blood pressure under control along with some other supplements (D-Chiro Inositol because I have PCOS, and DIM, also for the PCOS). I didn't really realize how helpful this was until I ran out of it and couldn't get some for nearly a month. Funny how you don't realize how well something is working until you can't take it anymore for a while. I stay around borderline 140/90 bp with this, and that's with no blood pressure meds; my doc says if we can get the PCOS under control (which causes a cascade of hormonal imbalances, including triggering over production of adrenals which causes the high blood pressure), then he believes my blood pressure should get back down to normal ranges with no meds.Before I started taking this, it was always over 150/110, even with the Inositol & DIM. I would say this also helps with my energy levels as well as it does help with your blood oxygen levels. So yep, it makes a difference for me personally.As for the taste, I actually like it quite a bit - it's kinda fruity. Just gotta keep in mind that L-Arginine is very very bitter supplement, so any of these powders are going to have that bit of flavor, no matter what you do. I can mix this with water and drink it straight down there's no issue whatsoever. I guess taste is just like beauty - it's in the eye of the beholder.Also, being able to get two for this price is a much better deal than any of the competing ones that I've been able to find, so yeah, definitely a winner!

I'm now on my 4 or 5th tub of this stuff and really love the effect it has.This is much better than taking just plain Arginine since several of the other ingredients in this product help enhance the effect of Arginine as well as work on other pathways.Some people are complaining about the taste. Yes, I can see what they are talking about, the taste is not that great but that holds true for any type of supplement of this type. It's extremely hard to mask the flavor of Arginine, Citruline, B-Vitamins. Those components just don't taste good and never will lol. But this company did what they could to help mask it a bit.That being said, I take mine with about 6 ounces of PURE grape juice stir it will then straight down the hatch. Taste doesn't really matter much when you just chug something like that. It's only 6 ounces and you will survive unless of course you are a spoiled lil drama queen who thinks everything should taste like coolaid.Anyhow, I've found that taking this daily gives me great circulation results and if you comparison shop, as far as bang for the buck goes, this formulation and brand is the best out there right now.

Flavor isn’t that bad. Not sure why people are going so crazy over the flavor of this product. Let’s be realistic though. #1, this is the cheapest L-Arginine NO powder on amazon. So let’s bear that in mind. It isn’t half as good as some others that offer AKG-L-Arginine with grape Seed extract and Co-Q-10 etc. The one I’ve been using has been discontinued. Not sure why. But it was awesome. This just is not a high quality supp. But it’s cheap and it does the job of increasing NO in the body. I’ve noticed it quickly. The muscles all over my body are pumped and tight and ripped and begging to be worked out ever since i started drinking this four days ago. But i drink something like this every day twice a day and have for years. So this is just a different brand for me. But I’m general i bought it because it was cheap. And it Works as described. Don’t let the reviews re flavor concern you. I mix It with coffee or protein drink and it’s not bad at all. Just gulp it down.

I have been using "this" product for a couple of years now. I originally used the "mixed berry" flavor and I liked it. But, for whatever reason, "grape" was substituted some time ago. I got very used to it and left my order as it was. So, this month, I pull out the new canister of arginine and when I open it, I immediately notice that it is not my usual "grape". So, I check. Sure enough, they have sent "mixed berry" again. I was pleased... until I tasted it. Bear in mind that I already made one switch and it wasn't difficult. NOW, the mixed berry tastes like rotten peaches with a little aspirin thrown in for good measure. I gag on it and can't stand it. The worst part is that I didn't realize there was a flavor change and since I try to keep a 3 month supply of my supplements, I now have 4 canisters of this horrible stuff. I would really like to go back to grape but I doubt if the supplier would offer me that option. BE AWARE of the flavor ... it is very hard to take!

Easy to use and seems to be a good product. Would be much better without the needlessly added flavoring and sweetener.

I have been using L-Arginine Powder for more than 1 year now. I switched to this brand several months ago because it was more cost effective,I like this brand far better as it has a much better taste (fruity) and it has all of the same ingredients and benefits of the brand I was initially using.I first started using L-Arginine for my blood pressure. I had very high blood pressure and needed to take 4 different prescriptions daily to lower my pressure. Even with all of the meds, I could not get my pressure down to a safe normal level. Let's not kid ourselves, prescription drugs probably do more harm to your body in the long term! When I began with this product, I noticed I had more energy and this resulted in a daily routine of walking and some real weight loss. Over the period of six months or so, my blood pressure started to go down. As this occurred, I gradually started to eliminate my BP meds while carefully monitoring my BP daily. As a result, my BP is down to 120/80. I only take 1 prescription (1/2 pill in the morning and 1/2 pill in the evening). I am sure that given more time, I will be able to totally eliminate the BP meds. This is a great product, if you routinely use it and increase your exercise routine, you should see real results over time. Don't expect miracles right away.
