**Q: I'm assuming these are "dried"?  Do they retain their blue/green color?  Would they be ok to use on a craft project, or will they rot eventually?**
A: Just took a look at my juniper berries which are a deep purple/reddish brown color, certainly not blue/green as I see them. They are dry, so probably wouldn't deteriorate or spoil. Can't say how they'd hold up in a craft project, but my guess is that they'd remain stable.

**Q: Is It Sweet?**
A: no, not sweet.  more like tart, and as the container says, "piney".

**Q: What species of juniper do these berries come from?**
A: from the evergreen plant, Juniper bush, shrub, or tree.

**Q: Can i use this for wild game meats like wild boar ribs ducks and pheasants**
A: Yes, but people shouldn’t eat ducks because they’re too friendly.
