You should just go by weight. They probably did not count out 100 pods and nor should anyone expect them to. Remember to wear gloves when handling these things, you will regret it if you don't. Or you will eventually get used to various orifices burning. **Q: Have these peppers been sprayed? Answer requested from seller.** A: God I hope not. I have been eating them for well over a year. Also, sprayed with what exactly? I am sure they were sprayed with water while they were growing. **Q: Prevent racoon** A: Sure **Q: How do I store these? And how long are they good for?** A: They are dried peppers, so I would think they will last for a long while. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great buy, will be buying more soon *by T***. on August 20, 2026* Hot as hell in taste, great for my recipes, love the price, excellent color, wear mask and gloves because they get the job done ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Flavor town *by J***. on May 29, 2026* Loved this product was looking for peppers to make my hot pepper sauce and these were excellent. This wasn’t my original brand but I was surprised. I ended up loving the flavor and the smokiness added a whole new flavor to my sauce!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great! Smells Like Feet! *by P***Y on January 5, 2025* Good price in bulk. What I wanted. They smell funny but they smell great. Been cooking them into everything. Pasta, on pizza, throw them into your coffee blender for a nice cup of hot coffee. Excellent heat that subsides quickly. Favorite pepper now. Recommend segregating a handful into another container to inhibit mold. Your gross fingers have bacteria on them. Best ghost peppers! ## Frequently Bought Together - Birch & Meadow 100 Count of Ghost Chile Pepper Pods, Extremely Hot, 1,000,000 SHU - Birch & Meadow Whole Carolina Reaper Peppers, 16 Count, Whole & Dried, Extremely Hot, 1.5 Million SHUs - Unpretentious Whole Dried Carolina Reaper Chiles, Extremely Spicy Chiles, Hot Sauce (50 Count) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/387992696-ghost-peppers-whole-dried](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/387992696-ghost-peppers-whole-dried) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
