Review: Only electric one I found that has real heat! - I tried three different styles and type of heat pads before finding this one . This one is the only one that heats up to the point where I have to turn it off before I get burned. All the others I tried barely had heat, even the ones with there infrared technology deeper claims etc. Only downside to this is that you have to hold down the trigger while it’s on. I guess it’s probably a safety hazard so some people don’t fall asleep with it on and get burned. It basically only has one heat option , you hold down the trigger until it gets to the temp you want. This heats up fast anyways, a minute or two and this will get hot! You are the timer.
Review: Great Innovative Product but could probably use one change to bring it up to Outstanding. - I have lower back issues which required moist heat (alternated with ice) to relieve the inflammation. In the past I had used hydrocollator pad for the moist heat, but this required a lot of prep time for a one time use after which you had to reprep it to use it again. When I saw this pad could provide moist heat continuously, I wanted to try it. My first concern has to do with the way it draws moisture, but I have to take it at face value since it worked for me. The one thing I liked (I hated it originally until I began to use over the course of a week) was the way it heats (only while holding the infamous blue lever). At first I found this to be problematic but in time I figured out (for me) when to press it for max heat then release until it cools down to a certain temperature/feeling then repress it again until it reaches the maximum heat I can tolerate and repeat over and over again until it is time for the ice pack. One not I do think they could improve the product by allowing an individual to turn it on continuously at a given temperature thus meeting everyone's needs.

## Features

- PROFESSIONAL GRADE ELECTRIC HEATING PAD: Heavy-duty construction with at-home convenience. User-friendly automatic moist heat delivers a deep, soothing warmth.
- SIZED FOR NECK AND WRISTS: At 19" x 7", this heavy-duty pad is built for everyday use - for the temporary relief of minor muscle aches and stiffness.
- AUTOMATIC MOIST HEAT: Moisture acts as a conductive element, so warmth transfers more evenly and comfortably than dry heat at the same setting.
- NO WATER NEEDED: Moisture in the surrounding air is captured by the soft flannel cover and released as gentle condensation - so your clothes and skin never get soaked.
- MANUAL CLICKER CONTROLLER: This is the analog model. Hold the lever down for as long as you want heat; release it and the pad switches off and begins to cool. There is no timer and no preset temperature - the heat stays under your direct control.
