Thanks to the Bear Claw's extra-fat, 4mm 4B core, you can write smoother and darker than ever before with much less pressure. Can be used on standardized tests where a No 2 pencil is required. Pencil dimensions: 9mm width / 4mm graphite core, 178mm total length (including eraser). The Bear Claw Pencil might be thick, but we've shortened the length to create the optimal weight and ideal balance in the hand. 4B lead produces excellent quality on a variety of materials: Standard Paper, Waxy Scholastic Paper, Standardized Multiple Choice Tests, Canvas, Wood Beams and Drywall Triangular design alleviates pressure on the hand. Rustic and natural design. These can also be used as graphic pencils or manga pencils.

I'm not one to get excited about pencils, but these are awesome. Nice and think so I'm not breaking them all the time. The slightly triangular shape is a game changer too. I can't even began to imagine the amount of pencils I have had roll off my work bench and disappear into oblivion. No more! These bad boys don't go anywhere.
