They like being outdoors and thought this was a perfect fit. As soon as they opened them, they were extremely excited. We have been very happy with the quality and design of the hammocks. We did buy tree straps to make it easier to setup verses the ropes that Rallt provided. A great compliment for easy setup and helps when it's a long distance between trees.Recently, we had one of the hammocks bags come off. I contacted Rallt customer service and we were connected with Mike Lin. After getting a few pictures sent in, he offered to send us a new one! Mike was great and very helpful. Hung it up on our deck lots of fun. Bought the easy setup Hammock straps by Rallt. I would recommend going a head and buying them when purchasing the hammock. The hammock comes with good carabiners but I changed them out with real climbing carabiners that can almost hold up a compact car. Some of the reviews say that the strap stitching breaks down under use. To solve this problem as you see I have tied some nots to further make sure the stitches do not fail and to also keep the excess off the ground.
