Review: Very good. - Small gels, easy to swallow. It was a hot day here in Illinois when they were delivered to my black mailbox. As such a few of the gels were stuck together but I used one immediately. I then put the bottle of them in the fridge. A while later I retrieved the bottle from the fridge and gave it a shake. All the gels were free from one another then. I am please with this product.

A: I'm no expert but I researched as much as I could before choosing and it came down to these 2 brands, I personally could not find a difference.  I chose the Naturewise and have been happy with them.
