Love the box, don’t love the tissues
I have the travel-size version of this as well and I love it. It’s more useful IMO. I like the design of the box and it does a good job of separating the clean and dirty tissues while still being streamlined. I do wish it were able to fit a standard tissue/hanky size.I don’t love the actual tissues. I don’t feel they’re absorbent or soft enough. But they do hold up well in the wash and have a crisp roll hem. Also, the travel sized tissues aren’t branded like these are (which is preferable as it looks a bit cheesy).I ended up sewing some cotton tissues with scrap fabric to use with the box.

Great tissue box!
I have 5 of these tissue boxes around my house. I blow my nose a lot and felt terrible about how many tissues I went through in a day.Like another reviewer, I feel the cloth tissues, while well made, aren’t soft nor absorbent, even after washing several times. They come out very wrinkly so I have to iron them to have them lay flat to fold back in great tissue box. So I bought a couple of yards of organic cotton jersey knit t-shirt material and cut 7.25” squares. The cotton knit doesn’t ravel so I didn’t have to finish the edges like the tissues that come with the box.Am buying these as gifts for my friends who can’t stand cutting down trees to blow our noses

Small "tissues"
I received the LastTissue Reusable Tissue Box - with 18 Organic Soft Cotton Wipes, Eco Friendly and Sustainable Tissue Holder and Facial Tissues for Nose, Can be used as Paper Towels for Household (Red) in exchange for this review. Overall, I am pleased with this product. It works like a standard box of tissues, only it holds basic absorbent cotton handkerchiefs instead. The box has a top part for clean ones, and a bottom compartment to shove the messy ones into until it is time to wash them. They are decently soft, and absorb nicely with even the messiest blows...but I wish they were larger since I can be rather productive in that department when I have allergies acting up. THe cloths wash up wonderfully, and I personally prefer to iron them and press them in half before loading them back into the box since that make the final layering up and loadin a bit easier,

Stinky Box, Stinky Customer Service
I have the last tissue travel pack and so I thought I would order the last tissue box. But the silicone box smelled. I’m having trouble describing the odor . . . maybe like my grandma’s closet if it moved to China. Also, these tissues had the lastobject logo printed on them, which I would probably keep if the box did not smell. I just think product pictures should reflect the actual product. My travel pack tissues did not have the logo, and the container did not smell. And finally, I tried to send the product back. The return label they provided is addressed to Denmark. I am unsure why they want me to send the product to Denmark at my expense when the product was originally shipped from the United States.

Not absorbent at all
This was useless because it wouldn't absorb anything and I ended up having to use a normal tissue afterwards which defeated the purpose of trying to create less waste.

Well-made and Useful
I love the quality and color of the tissue box itself. I like the tissues too; I don’t think they’re too scratchy like some reviews say. I guess everyone has different preferences and sensitivity levels. I do think it would be really easy and cost less to make your own replacements with a fabric of your own preference like the soft muslin for burp cloths or something. I liked this so much that I came back and ordered a second one - wanted to make sure I liked it enough before dropping that much. I would recommend it.

Well-made and easy to care for.
These handkerchiefs are sturdy and well-hemmed (a necessity for an often washed item). They are a little smaller than standard disposable tissue (about a half-inch smaller all the way round), but work well. I use them at home where well-used ones can be thrown directly into the laundry basket. Although the system for putting used handkerchiefs under the sanitary divider in the box is clever, I'd be leery of using it in a communal space like my office (too many hands touching the box). Will definitely switch to LastTissue in my home and phase out disposables.

Good product, silicone smells HORRIBLE
I like the idea of this product, and it works well for me, however, the silicone smells very strongly of bleach-like chemicals. I washed it by hand and ran it through the dishwasher, but it still had this terrible smell. It would also be nice if there was a better way to replace the tissues before it is empty, as I usually wash the tissues as I use them, instead of doing them all when the box is empty.

Expensive but worth it.
I've been using last tissues for a good few months now - this box was just an addition. Its a big initial outlay but the hankies wash really well - I just throw them in whatever wash I'm doing. I only use them as hankies but they are still lovely and white and wash well. They are all organic cotton which has a much better environmental impact than non-organic cotton - the tissues in the boxes are from India not from China and are a nice quality, hemmed on all four sides, with Last Tissue stamped in the corner (which doesn't wash or iron off). I think that I will see a saving in the buying of disposable tissues over time but that's not why I use these - I use them as I want to reduce my footprint of disposable products. Despite the hefty initial outlay I'm a very happy customer.

A great alternative to tissues
I use a lot of tissues - the super soft ones with balm in so I expected the transition to handkerchiefs to be a little difficult especially as I have a very sensitive nose. This was not a problem however, the handkerchiefs are soft to use and I feel so much better not throwing away all of those tissues. It should also save me money in the long run. I also have the travel packs and I expected to like those more than this, but I find I actually really like this as I can start the day with a couple of handkerchief in my pocket.

I want to love these but they're too expensive
Let me start by saying that I saw a friend posting on social media about purchasing another "last" product and I was intrigued about them, so was really pleased to try out these last tissues. The tissues are essentially old fashioned handkerchiefs in a silicone box. The idea is that once you've used a tissue you put it into the compartment underneath the silicone box (which is separated from the main compartment by a silicone barrier). When you've used all the tissues you add them to your next laundry wash and dry them as you would other things. Then you fold them and reload them into the box and start again. The silicone box can unclip to be completely flat for cleaning and it can be cleaned in a dishwasher if needed.I love the concept of the last products and I'm keen to use eco products in general but there are a few things about this one that I'm not sure about. First of all the price is currently advertised at nearly £50, which seems way too much to me. I just think the tissues are too much like handkerchiefs or the reusable baby wipes (like cheeky wipes) or even muslin squares (though they're thicker than muslin) to justify the premium price tag as you can buy all those things for much cheaper. The silicone box is a nice idea but again I don't think it justifies the price.Having used a lot of reusable nappies, baby wipes, makeup pads and breast pads, I know they have a habit of getting stuck in the rubber seal around a washing machine and not getting cleaned properly unless you keep them together in a little wash bag. I wish these tissues came with their own laundry bag for the price of them. The packaging and marketing suggests that you could use these as kitchen roll but personally we would go through too many of them in our house plus I don't think it would be hygienic to keep cloths used as kitchen roll in the bottom of the box given we use kitchen roll to wipe up all sorts.I do think these products are an amazing idea for introducing reusable eco friendly alternatives to people in an easy way which can be used in a similar way to the original disposable product but this one is just a bit too expensive compared to similar eco products I think.

How about cotton handkerchiefs instead because these are awful!
This is, theoretically, a green product that’s designed to be liked. The kit looks smart from the collapsible bijou tissue box to the 18 cotton tissues.Unfortunately the product is insanely expensive and I can see no justification for the price apart from a perceived ‘green’ premium. Nor is the product in any way practical and amazed other reviewers consider it so. It’s suggested that the 18 reusable tissues could be used instead of kitchen towels but they are far too small at 18.5cm square and are not sufficiently absorbent. They will work as a replacement to paper tissues but cotton handkerchiefs have been around for a long time, are washable and cost a fraction of the price of this set. And these ‘handkerchiefs’ are still too small to be practical. They are smaller than standard handkerchiefs and normal tissues. You really need two to blow your nose and then need to wash them. Moreover, those simpler cotton products are more easily produced in the developing world and no capital outlay is really required. I hate to think of the development costs for this kit to make it look so green and smart. So really little to redeem this product. Confirm your green potentials through purchasing decent sized cotton handkerchiefs at a fair cost and not this over-designed product where so much washing will be required per micro handkerchief. One star. A truly awful product!

I am shook.
I am shook that these things cost soooo much....i mean...i know they are organic and made from cotton...but still....anyways...they arrived in a pretty little box...which when opened you can find the instructions on the inside...you can open it like a normal box but i chose to do it like that...the box in which the wipes are held is made out of soft silicone...but quite thick...and sturdy...turned upside down...it has some buttons which are very easy to open...and inside you will find a little tray also made from silicone on which the wipes rest...easy to take out and put back in. The wipes themselves are of a fine material...as they say cotton...but they are not very soft...in my opinion...a bit see through...thin...small....square shaped ...18 cm in size all round the edges. I've never seen or had anything like this...so i am baffled of how much they cost...maybe for me it's a big price...but for other people it's decent...have no idea...I'm not saying they are not worth it...keeping in mind that they are reusable...but still...Anyways.....overall....they are nice...good product...very qualitative....great idea with the silicone box...can't fault them...if you are looking for something like this to buy...hope i've helped you with making a decision...either good or bad...
