Utilize the dual 10Gbps USB-C ports to daisy chain 3 FS5C3 or other daisy-chaining devices (like hard drive enclosures, PSSDs), which means the overall capacity could reach up to 270TB, offering enterprise-class storage capacity. - 【10 Gbps Ultra-fast Speed】This 5-bay USB-C HDD enclosure adopts the USB3.1 Gen2 (Type-C) protocol with a transfer speed of up to 10Gbps. With a single SSD in place, the read speed achieves 517 MB/s (SATA III 1TB SSD). When outfitted with five SSDs, the collective read/write speed can peak at 1,016 MB/s (combining read/write speeds from five 1TB SATA III SSDs). The speed will vary based on the performance of the hard drive and the computer host. Compatible with Windows and Mac OS. - 【For 2.5"/3.5" SATA HDD & SSD】Yottamaster 5 bay hdd enclosure designed for both 2.5 inch SATA and 3.5 inch SATA HDD/SSDs. Its removable aluminum trays facilitate easy installation and replacement of drives. The included screws securely fix the hard drives to the trays, effectively protecting them from shock and interface damage. - 【Aluminum-Alloy Enclosure & Cooling Fan】The 5-bay USB-C SATA hard drive enclosure features a stylish aluminum casing and an 80mm low-noise cooling fan. Equipped with front and rear cooling holes, this 5 bay das hdd enclosure ensures efficient heat dissipation and encourages air convection, effectively maintaining cool temperatures for your drives during prolonged use. - 【Non-RAID DAS】The FS5C3 model is a non-RAID version and does not support hardware RAID. To set up RAID, you can establish software RAID using the tools within your system. Mac OS users can utilize the RAID Assistant in Disk Utility. Yottamaster RAID Manager software is only compatible with RAID version das. - 【Auto-sleep Function】Yottamaster 5-bay enclosure automatically goes into sleep mode after 10 minutes of data inactivity; this can be disabled. To keep it awake, use our sleep firmware or third-party software like Amphetamine, KeepAliveHD, or Prevent Disk Sleep (which writes a 1KB file every 5 minutes to prevent sleep mode). ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08DLTKXCP | | Brand | Yottamaster | | Built-In Media | 1 X 5 Bay Type C Hard Drive Enclosure, 1 X Data Cable, 1 X Power cord, 1 X User Manual, Screw Kit | | Color | USB3.2 Daisy Chain | | Compatible Devices | Laptop | | Connectivity Technology | USB C Daisy Chain | | Customer Reviews | 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars (66) | | Data Transfer Rate | 10 Gigabits Per Second | | Enclosure Material | Aluminum | | Hard Disk Form Factor | 3.5 Inches | | Hardware Interface | USB Type C | | Hardware Platform | Windows | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 26.5L x 13.7W x 20H centimeters | | Item Weight | 4.54 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Yottamaster | | Memory Storage Capacity | 90 TB | | Mfr Part Number | Yottamaster FS5C3-GB-GY | | Model Number | FS5C3 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Supported Devices Quantity | 5 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Yottamaster - **Colour:** USB3.2 Daisy Chain - **Hardware interface:** USB Type C - **Hardware platform:** Windows - **Product dimensions:** 26.5L x 13.7W x 20H centimeters ## Images ![Yottamaster 10Gbps 5 Bay USB C Hard Drive Enclosure Daisy Chain, Type-C External HDD Enclosure Support 2.5" & 3.5" SATA HDD/SSD up to 5X18TB, Non-RAID DAS Support 270TB Storage Expansion [FS5C3] - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71KyBGngB8L.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Yottamaster 10Gbps 5 Bay USB C Hard Drive Enclosure Daisy Chain, 150W Aluminum 3.5" HDD Enclosure for 3.5 & 2.5 Inch SATA HDD/SSD up to 5x18TB, Non-RAID DAS Daisy Chain 270TB Storage Expansion[FS5C3] - Seagate IronWolf 12TB NAS Internal Hard Drive HDD – CMR 3.5 Inch SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM 256MB Cache for RAID Network Attached Storage (ST12000VNZ008/ST12000VN0008) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/391853739-yottamaster-10gbps-5-bay-usb-c-hard-drive-enclosure-daisy](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/391853739-yottamaster-10gbps-5-bay-usb-c-hard-drive-enclosure-daisy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
