Review: What a GEM! - I received this cookbook yesterday and started flipping through it and then actually sat down and READ it -- cover to cover! Probably the best cookbook I've found. I love cooking, but as an amateur, I'm sometimes intimidated by the recipe titles, ingredients and directions for fix something. These delicious sounding recipes are concise, easy to follow and the GROCERY LIST! What can I say -- look at a glance and see what you do or don't have and make a quick list for several tasty treats at a time. Now, I live in an EXTREMELY rural area. And as I said, being an amateur, there are several items I've not heard of nor do I have any idea as to where to look for them in the store, or if I'll even be able to find them. HAHA -- but -- that'll be part of my education with this lovely book. Thanks Rocco for bring good recipe ideas to the back country!

I received this cookbook yesterday and started flipping through it and then actually sat down and READ it -- cover to cover! Probably the best cookbook I've found. I love how easy Rocco's recipes are to make. They also taste awesome. I just bought his "Pound A Day", "Eat This, Not That" and his lastest cookbook. I am so sold on his way of cooking. The recipes are easy and delicious!!

I was interested after seeing Rocco on the Biggest Loser. I don't usually take the time to cook at home because it seems like too much effort for boring dishes. He makes the recipes easy with a few prepared ingredients but they taste like made by a chef.
