Sie sind leicht (stabiler Kunststoff), haben zwei mini-Rinnen, über die ich als Anfänger und weil ich jetzt "nur" Flitter waschen war, erfreut bin, da sie mehr Sicherheit bieten, die fast "staubigen" Anteile in der Pfanne zu halten (in den Rinnen-Stufen halt) und das grobe Material über den Rand zu waschen. Klitzekleines Manko - wohl von der Kunststoff-Presse her ist eine feine Ritze im Pfannenboden vorhanden, in die sich solche Mikro-Partikel hineinlagern, sie muss ich dann mit einer Nadel frei bringen. Aber immerhin nicht "weg gewaschen"! Vielleicht behelfe ich mir mit einer hauchdünnen Silikonfüllung oder so, mal sehen. Alles in allem: ganz prima und von einem Laien wie mir absolut empfohlen.
