## Description

Build a versatile Olympic weight system with CAP Olympic 2-Inch Weight Plates. The family includes Classic Black and Classic Gray cast iron plates, Elite cast iron grip plates, and Pro 12-sided rubber-coated plates, giving lifters multiple construction and finish options for home, garage, and commercial-style training. Classic and Elite plates use solid cast iron with machined 2-inch center holes for compatibility with Olympic barbells and plate-loaded equipment. Baked enamel finishes help resist everyday wear, while raised weight markings support faster plate identification. Grip openings improve handling when plates are carried, loaded, unloaded, or used for off-bar exercises. The Pro series adds a 12-sided profile designed to help limit rolling and a premium rubber coating that helps reduce noise and protect floors and equipment. Pro grip holes are featured on 25 lb and heavier sizes. Available configurations include singles, pairs, 4-packs, 6-packs and a mixed 6-piece set, supporting small loading increases through heavier strength-training applications. Use CAP Olympic plates for squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, powerlifting, bodybuilding, endurance training and full-body workouts. KEY FEATURES • 2-inch Olympic bar compatibility • Solid cast iron construction on Classic and Elite styles • Black and Gray baked enamel finish options • Grip design for easier handling • Pro 12-sided rubber-coated option • Raised weight markings for quick identification • Multiple weights and pack configurations • Suitable for progressive strength and conditioning

Review: Great Metal Plates - Great plates, easy to grab due to the handles and slim compared to my regular rubber plates. They’re attractive with a shiny metal surface and symmetrical pattern. Decent value for new plates as well.
