Sliding efect after full drying was very good, without powder 7-8 times the striker bounced, with powder only maximum 5 times and already 2 months with often playing carrom. Before spreading silicone I used 3000 grid sand paper to smooth the carrom board then wet cloth, then dry cloth. On the contrary it increases the friction. Atleast coins were moving before it was applied. Once applied the friction was so much that the coins stopped moving.
