I was asked to use it with a convertor and I did but it stopped producing steam after being used twice.On contacting the seller I was told that there is no warranty on this product, which is absurd because two years limited warranty has been mentioned in the listing. There are also no service centres in India.Now I'm left with a piece of useless equipment, which did not come cheap. I made sure before purchasing the converter needed to use this product. After two uses it stopped working. There are no service centers in India and not able to return as it just passed the return policy window. It’s just a piece of crap.
