Review: Yeah, it works! - Well first off you get the added benefit of this electrolyte powder helping to soften the effects of your hangover. Bonus! I heard about this from a guy at the gym who is on the Keto, and since I was new to Keto I decided to give it a shot. I did first compare and secondly buy a competing brand and it is not even close. The ingredients in the Dr. Berg are a lot more comprehensive and geared toward what your body actually needs. The taste is a little salty but that is to be expected based on the ingredients. Once you take it a few times the flavor grows on you and I definitely enjoy it as opposed to just tolerating it. This Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder definitely lives up to the expectations. I did experience some of the Keto Flu when I started out on my diet then once I started taking this powder that all went away. I workout in the morning and this Dr Berg's is perfect for my post workout / get me through the day recovery. I am a little bit on the bigger side 6'2" 275 lbs now (started at 315) so I figured that I would need a little more than the standard one scoop serving. I started Keto to get some energy that I seem to have lost over the years and the Keto jump started that but the Electrolyte Powder put the icing on the cake. Don't get me wrong, this is by no means a magic solutions for losing weight and gaining back your energy, you need to go to the gym!!! More weights than cardio and don't skip days or cheat. Yeah that's right it is hard work and you either have it in you to make the change or you don't. All I can say is that Dr Berg's powder definitely helped me over the hump and now I just simply can't get through the morning without it. And this Dr. Berg is no one trick pony. Well first off you get the added benefit of this electrolyte powder helping to soften the effects of your hangover. Bonus! I heard about this from a guy at the gym who is on the Keto, and since I was new to Keto I decided to give it a shot. I did first compare and secondly buy a competing brand and it is not even close. The ingredients in the Dr. Berg are a lot more comprehensive and geared toward what your body actually needs. The taste is a little salty but that is to be expected based on the ingredients. Once you take it a few times the flavor grows on you and I definitely enjoy it as opposed to just tolerating it. This Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder definitely lives up to the expectations. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Improved sleep

I got this as I do not get near-enough potassium daily. I eat once per day, almost never snack, and have a hard time remembering to take the tiny, 99mg potassium tablets as I take, max, 2-3 99mg tablets at a time. My goal with this was to just be sure I was getting at least 1g of potassium daily. I've had unpleasant reactions with a different electrolyte drink with 1000mg of potassium per serving, so I went with this and am doing about 1/2 scoop twice daily. What I didn't expect was that my ability to sleep longer improved. This was a clear, notable and has been a persistent change since day two of using this. I have zero problems falling asleep, and rarely have trouble staying asleep unless I have caffeine too late. However, if I sleep for 5.5 hours or longer, I just get up because there's no point in trying and hope I can nap later. I don't stay in bed if I can't sleep. Depending on several factors, I used to naturally sleep for about 6 to just over 7 hours. I've been adding sleep debt for years, unfortunately, as I know I need at least 7 hours of sleep, probably closer to 7.5. I haven't looked, but I'd guess there have been maybe half-dozen days or so in the past 3 years I've been tracking sleep when I sleep more than 8 hours in one session. On multiple days since I started taking this, I've slept around 9 hours. My sleep is generally good as always, I'm just sleeping longer. I don't know that I've slept 9 hours in one session in years, and it's happened multiple times in the past week. I don't expect there's anything special about this product compared to others, though I tend to trust the brand over a brand I have no knowledge about. For me, the taste is fine and pleasant enough. I don't really care about hydration from this product, I only purchased it to increase the ease of getting at least 1g of potassium daily. Even though this is more expensive than some other options, I'll continue to buy it unless there becomes a reason not to.
