The first time I drank this, I only mixed it with 8oz of water in my shaker bottle. Each sip made me want to punch a wall. However I wanted a prework without all the fake sugar and dyes. So I mixed it with practically a full shaker bottle and it was a lot more drinkable. I either drink it 30min before my workout or while I workout. I just bought it for a third time and I feel like it really works. After the first week or two I pretty much “ acquired” the taste for it. Also my stomach is pretty weak when it comes to pre-work out. They would absolutely destroy my stomach. This one is much easier on my stomach despite the taste. It’s not 100% but significantly better.

I have used many Jym preworkout drinks in the past and have always enjoyed them. This "natural flavor" version does not match the flavor quality expected. I can barely drink this "natural" version and will likely take the loss and throw it away.
