To keep you from buying 20 gallons of ready-to-use detergent, the concentrated version is simpler to store but must be diluted with 20 parts water. Then you fill the pressure washer soap tank with the ready to use (diluted) detergent. The water from the pressure washer is the carrier of the detergent which makes the application of the detergent simpler than spraying a bottle of soap on the wall or car to be cleaned.
