Review: Perfect replacement for Honeywell remote and receiver - I purchased to replace the remote for a Honeywell fan. The Honeywell receiver arced and no longer worked. Honeywell said to replacement and it did the same thing. While I was waiting for Honeywell to warranty the replacement I purchased this one and it worked perfectly. No more parking. The only difference is the Honeywell remote is white and this one is black. Everything else works and looks exactly the same.

Not sure what's wrong but I have got it checked by 2 electricians one who installed the fan and set this up both are unable to make fan and light work via remote. It only switches on and off the light but not the fan.

I bought this remote and receiver to go with an existing fan that already has a remote and receiver. I was hoping I could have one remote mounted on the wall next to the main switch, and the other remote on the desk or the nightstand for convenience. I am able to sync the fan with the new remote, or with the original remote, but not with both. Is there any way to sync one fan with two remotes? Or can I purchase a remote which is set to the same frequency as one of the remotes I already have?
