Its perfect for my night table and puffs just a little cool scented mist near my pillow. I use Maleuca, peppermint and lavender to help ease respiratory issues. I feel like it is soothing, comforting and relaxing. I get about 2 nights use out of it before having to clean it. I already had a huge bag of citric acid but just so you know thats what you need to clean it. Some people use lemmi shine dishwasher cleaner or kool aid. They both have citric acid.
