This one is much better than the Master Flow if you need to cut to size or prevent light leaks traveling inside the tubing. The Master Flow version had much better stiff wire coils if you just wanted a long coil to fit a need spot. They both can compact into smaller lengths with more insulation value than they are rated for. IF you want more insulation value then just use a longer piece than needed and it will compact up nice and fluffy.This insulated ducting is best for cutting because the insulation is a solid O ring around the coil and the material seems more durable. The Master Flow kind are slit along the inner coil and just wrap around it so the insulation does not offer uniform coverage where bent and cut. The difference is most apparent when you have extra length and compact it up fluffy for more insulation. This ducting will not leave insulation gaps in tight corners and fluffy shorter application but the weaker coils do buckle under weight more causing less efficient curves and more pinch spots in the flow.This is THE choice for grow tents needing insulated ducting.IF the manufacturer would only use a galvanized coil in the ducting they would have a really neat product, HINT HINT. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Good Product *by D***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2013* Purchase this instead of the R6 that is offered at the big box stores. The extra $$ spent is worth it in the long run!!Great Quality. Only run flex duct at a max of 7 feet long (ideal 5').
