Camco's Flexible Camper Drain is a complete rust-proof sink drain system that is designed for campers and RVs with a single sink and no holding tanks. The drain allows your sink's gray water to release directly from your RV's sidewall or underneath the RV. It includes 25-inches of ¾-inch ID hose. Review: Flex drain for the old Pop-up - Purchased this flex drain as replacement for my vintage pop-up camper sink trap. I was initially going to buy the JR Products 95195 Exterior Evacuation Drain Trap, then realized I could get the Camco Flexible Camper Drain 37420 assembly for much cheaper. It worked perfect and fit like a glove on my original install JR Products 9490-217-022 Strainer with Basket Tail Flange Slip Nut Kit drain. Now everything works great and have good draining flow to include new pieces to replace the weathered old plastic of the original parts my pop-up had. Granted the hose included was a bit short for my application, but I was able to cannibalize the old assembly and use the old drain hose perfectly. If you find yourself in the same predicament then I highly recommend purchasing this product. It's well priced, well built and you get more replacement parts for your dollar.

**Q: Hose is too short. how do i extend it or what do i replace it with? i need about 48".**
A: Notice the part in the picture where the flex hose appears straight, that is where to cut and add. I don't recall what I used to extend it, could have been copper pipe. Then it can be clamped with hose clamps.

**Q: This says it accepts a 1.5 inch drain fitting. but in reality it's 2 inch. am i missing something or is the add wrong? this won't accept my 1.5" drain**
A: Threads are 1 1/2-11.5NPSL.  They are pipe threads.  1 ½” pipe is 1.9” in diameter.  The ID of 1 ½” pipe depending on the schedule.  As the 1.9” OD pipe has to screw into the threads, the threads are close to the OD of the pipe and are much larger than the 1 ½” call-out.    NPSL as special pipe threads.  S = Straight.  L = Loose.  NP = National Pipe.  Most pipe threads are tapered, not straight.  If you have any questions please contact us at 800.334.2004.

**Q: what size drain will fit in this ? i need one that will accept a 2in bar sink drain in my boat**
A: i believe it was a two inch drain I have in my camper. it's not a full size one like what is in your house sink. works great but the hose is really short. plan to get another piece of hose is your drain is not close to the outlet.

**Q: Will this cap fit the 6gal igloo water jug amazon has?**
A: The discharge end is common garden hose thread. There are much easier ways to connect for drainage without this special RV sink connection.
