The cords could be a bit longer, but they work just fine with a USB extension cable & those are pretty cheap. The cord is about the same length as the original N64s for reference. The analog stick is actually fantastic on these controllers and that was my biggest concern when purchasing these seeing as how a few other reviews made mention of it not being that great. So far I have used it for quite a few hours on my pc while emulating games through retroarch and this is by far the most accurate usb N64 controller yet. I highly recommend giving these a shot, especially because you get 2 in one bundle for a decent price, and they're see thru..
