At first we thought that the hands didn't fit the swords or guns properly, but we figured out that if you put the hands in a bit of hot water for a few minutes, then take them out and put the swords in, the plastic stretches enough to fit the accessories. These are properly posable -- my kiddo is really inspired. And the proportions of the figure aren't too unrealistic.
