So for the last few years I have suffered from severe knots or 'trigger points in my neck and shoulders. Please tell me what the balls are made of if they have a"give" to them.** A: The balls are made of plastic, they remind me of golf balls. I would say there really is no give in them. You can adjust the width and the placement of the balls on the Accu back tool. So if you have tight upper back pain you could make it less wide and if you have pain in your thigh you can make it wider. **Q: They're 3 different "Accu-Masseurs" $ Ranges from 18 to 24 to $37 & Product weight from 12 oz to 2 lbs-r these different sizes/styles of same device?** A: I have bought the 24 dollar Accu-Masseur, which is beige in color, and I have bought the 37 dollar one, which is red and black, and even a purple and lavender one for 37 dollars. I have never seen one for 18 dollars, so I can't tell you more about that one. But the 24 and 37 ones are exactly the same except for the colors. I have bought several, because I keep giving them away to various family members and friends who are in pain. By the way, if you go to a store (an actual store) you are likely to pay 42 dollars or more.
