My daughter was doing a science experiment with spherification and we needed a spoon to help get the spheres out of the solution. Slotted spoons worked, but weren't easy to use. This spoon made it so easy to get the spheres out of the solution. It saved my daughter time and made the experiment easier to do. A simple item that makes the spherification process easier.
