What I found on the net was that a typical serving of barley grass in powdered form is 5 to 10 grams. That serving contains 280 milligrams of vitamin K. Hope that helps. **Q: Does this come from China?** A: Our Organic Barley Grass is Originally Grown in U.S Since the August of 2017. **Q: It says it is organic and vegan but is it raw, unheated?** A: So sorry, I do not know. **Q: Do you use any animal stock or derivatives in the soils or fertiliziers? or water with flouride or chlorine to grow it?** A: I do not know the answer. The product is made in USA. I believe the company on their statement. Organic means no chemical fertilizers, No pesticides, no water with added chlorine or fluor. Now, I am a customer. I do not have any relation or connection with the company. I just trust them. Now, I want to add, Barley Grass Powder may not be for everyone to take. Personally, due to esophagial reflux problems I had to stop taking the product. I drink it in the morning right after my lemon water on an empty stomach. I mix it with orange juice, which is not bad, the orange juice tones down the flavor a bit, for me it's not too bad, its very earthy tasting, about 6oz and a scoop, by the way my scoop was in the package! I drink the mushroom coffee from this same brand also for a long time!
