ONLY use bands stamped with "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel". Tin-plated bands will rust and leave rust stains on the screen, glass jar, and sprouts. Stained rust is very difficult to clean off, it would require strong scrubbing. Customer images that show the rusted band, screen, and jar it is not our band, our bands have the engraved/stamped "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel" - clearly visible on both sides - the image shows NO "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel" on the band, it is a tin-plated band that rusts easily - clearly NOT our bands. NOTE: The system no longer allows sellers to contact or respond to commentary. If you received bands without our logo "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel", please return them as "defective" or contact us for investigation. 4 SETS STORAGE & SPROUTING LIDS FOR WIDE MOUTH MASON JARS (total 12 pieces - 4 bands, 4 screens, 4 silicone inserts) 316 SURGICAL STAINLESS STEEL MASON JAR SPROUTING LIDS 100% PURE SILICONE INSERT LIDS - no fillers ENGRAVED/STAMPED SCREW BAND "316 Surgical Stainless Steel" to avoid mixing up with original Ball, Kerr and other tin-plated bands that rusts. ONLY use rings stamped "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel". Tin rings will rust and leave rust stains everywhere. Customer images that show the rusted ring, screen, and jar it is not our ring, our rings have the stamped "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel" - clearly visible on both sides. If you received rings without logo "EcoPeaceful 316 Stainless Steel", please return them as "defective" or contact us for investigation. - 4 SETS STORAGE & SPROUTING LIDS FOR WIDE MOUTH MASON JARS (total 12 pieces - 4 rings, 4 screens, 4 silicone inserts). Fits wide mouth mason jars, from half pint (8 oz) to half gallon (64 oz). Switching from a sprouting screen to a silicone insert allows you to store your sprouts in the same glass jar in the fridge or freezer, instead of transferring sprouts to a plastic zip-lock bag. Plastic containers shed micro-plastics & leach harmful chemicals, pollute the environment & kill wildlife. - HIGHEST FOOD GRADE MATERIALS: 316 SURGICAL STAINLESS STEEL SPROUTING LID - 316SS is used in biomedical applications & has the best rust-proof properties, moisture tolerance, strength & food safety. 100% GENUINE SILICONE INSERT- NO FILLERS - NO WHITE WHEN PINCHED: If silicone turns white when pinched or stretched, it indicates low-quality silicone or added plastic fillers. We are paying extra for the best silicone for durability & food safety. - 100% VEGAN: Our Silicone Inserts are made without animal stearic acid, which is common in plastic & silicone rubber manufacturing. PHTHALATES-FREE, BPA-FREE, PVC-FREE, PLASTIC-FREE. Compliant with FDA (USA), LFGB (Germany) food safety standards. FREEZER & DISHWASHER SAFE. PERFECT DRAINING HOLES size to grow large beans or small seeds (e.g. alfalfa & broccoli sprouts). MULTI-PURPOSE: for straining (e.g. cans, teas), sifting (e.g. flour), shaker or filtering. - LIFETIME MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: We care for the environment, so we manufacture quality reusable zero-waste products for life. HEAVY DUTY & DURABLE: Band is ~30% thicker/heavier than ball canning rings/bands. Our lids will not break, discolor and degrade like plastic lids, or bend & rust like the original canning lids. PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING: Packaged in 100% recyclable paper box. All EcoPeaceful products are packaged plastic-free. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09GXZ9VHP | | Best Sellers Rank | #384,643 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #1,566 in Canning Lids | | Brand Name | EcoPeaceful | | Closure Type | Screw top lid | | Color | Stainless Steel | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (366) | | Item Dimensions L x W | 3.5"L x 0.6"W | | Manufacturer | EcoPeaceful | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Number of Pieces | 12 | | Product Style | Storage & Sprouting Lid Wide Mouth Mason Jar | | Shape | Round | | UPC | 850009652010 | | Unit Count | 4 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** EcoPeaceful - **Color:** Stainless Steel - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Product Dimensions:** 3.5"L x 0.6"W - **Style:** Storage & Sprouting Lid Wide Mouth Mason Jar ## Images ![4 Pack Mason Jar Sprouting Lids for Wide Mouth Mason Jars (Ball or Kerr) - 316 Surgical Stainless Steel Curved Mesh Sprouting Set (4 Rings, 4 Screens, 4 Inserts) - Strainer Sifter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Zuv0sVORL.jpg) ![4 Pack Mason Jar Sprouting Lids for Wide Mouth Mason Jars (Ball or Kerr) - 316 Surgical Stainless Steel Curved Mesh Sprouting Set (4 Rings, 4 Screens, 4 Inserts) - Strainer Sifter - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51SewOYrRCL.jpg) ![4 Pack Mason Jar Sprouting Lids for Wide Mouth Mason Jars (Ball or Kerr) - 316 Surgical Stainless Steel Curved Mesh Sprouting Set (4 Rings, 4 Screens, 4 Inserts) - Strainer Sifter - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Bg-c9K0oL.jpg) ![4 Pack Mason Jar Sprouting Lids for Wide Mouth Mason Jars (Ball or Kerr) - 316 Surgical Stainless Steel Curved Mesh Sprouting Set (4 Rings, 4 Screens, 4 Inserts) - Strainer Sifter - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51F+tR76lKL.jpg) ![4 Pack Mason Jar Sprouting Lids for Wide Mouth Mason Jars (Ball or Kerr) - 316 Surgical Stainless Steel Curved Mesh Sprouting Set (4 Rings, 4 Screens, 4 Inserts) - Strainer Sifter - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/513-HtV506L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the screen "mesh count"?
