Review: Good product but it has a flaw! - The product looked pretty well made, but UK buyers beware! It comes with a totally useless Chinese/ USA plug! So I've had to order an adaptor plug that is suitable for the UK, very poor! If I order electrical items for the UK I expect they are delivered with a compatible charger.

No more using cups with mixtures to catch them Use the little spot and stick fruit in to attract and clean it out in the morning We love love love this 10/10 recommend

**Q: fan seems to be disconnected.  should this be one solid piece or is it broken?**

If the fan is disconnected, then you have received a broken unit. We recently had a small manufacturing error and defective units were accidentally sent to Amazon.

**Q: Where do I find replacement glue pads?**
A: I used one of the replacement glue pads as a template on basic yellow sticky traps. Two discs can be cut from one sheet, and has the advantage of being double sided. Seemed to work just as well. MUCH less expensive and more readily available than the Katchy glue boards.

Please understand that my problem was with fungus gnats. If you problem is with some other type of insect, your milage may vary.

**Q: How does this product work with no seeums?**
A: Works awesome for no seeums believe me you won’t regret buying one. I love mine. As a matter of fact I haven’t had one of them fly by my ear since my purchase. Had it about a year and a half.

Ik kan het niet direct gebruiken wat er zit een 12 volt adapter bij met een US stekker. Dat verwacht je niet voor een product dat je gewoon in de EU besteld!
