Battle Sports Ultra-Stick Wide Receiver Football Gloves - Adult & Youth Football Gloves

I purchased these for my daughter flag football games she loved them color was perfect for her team colors

I was looking for good quality gloves that could actually get a hold of the ball without slipping. It does a great job at that and looks really good.

My 11 year old says these are the BEST football gloves because of their tackiness. I originally bought the Under Armour F5 (Med) and he said those hardly had any tackiness. When you compare the 2 side by side, he's right. Battle gloves are definitely more grippy! So hurray for that! However, I was extremely lucky when it came to sizing it correctly. After reading nearly all the reviews on Amazon, I crossed my fingers and did what everyone said and ordered the bigger size. WHEW! So, his hands are 6.5" from the base of the palm to the middle finger. If you go by the glove sizing chart posted (which I couldn't figure out how to print to scale), I should've ordered a Youth Small. I ordered a Youth XL!!! These did fit a little big in the tips but he preferred it that way because the rest of the glove - well - "it fit like a glove" ;-) So, the reason I went way up in size... I measured from his wrist bones (the part that sticks out a bit) to the middle finger. This really would've put him at 7" which is a Youth Large. Well the XL was only an eighth of an inch longer so I figured he'd get some room to grow, too. So in the pictures, you can see the bare hand with ruler and then how the XL fits on the hand. I also wanted to show that this is not super snug, when you bend the hand, there is some extra room in the palm that "bulges" out - some may not like that so that's a consideration, too. I hope this helps others because this is really a nice glove - you just don't need the sizing frustration!!

Grandson loves these. Said they are comfortable. I would not order a size up if you are right in between sizes.

I don't play football. I use these for a sport called wheelchair rugby. Having weak hand strength due to cervical-level spinal cord injury many of the players wear some type of gloves to achieve some grip when handling the ball. The entire palm and fingers of these are one solid piece of material with the same C-Tack material used by every other football receiver glove. The difference with these Battle brand gloves is the stitch quality. The design and stitching is superior to every other brand I've tried - Cutters, Under Armour, Nike, etc. I've owned three pairs of these and they have all exceeded my expectations for durability, especially considering I am using them for something they were never intended for. I will continue to buy these until one of the larger companies buys them out.

Delivered quickly...so that is the first big win. Secondly, they seem to be holding up really well. Super sticky and match his Saints colour scheme perfectly. Light rinse the palm with mild dish soap and rinse clean to restore after game day. I air dry to avoid lint.

I bought these using amazon prime, and they came the next day, that's awesome. They are INCREDIBLY grippy. In terms of sizing, I am seven inches from the wrist to the top of the middle finger, and a large fit me perfectly.I bought these for ultimate Frisbee, not football, and my throwing was not hindered, I was actually able to throw further and more accurately with the added grip. Catching the disc was much easier, and the grip was perfectVery durable, and the top of the gloves are very breathable, so they don't get too sweaty.All in all, this product compares to cutters or Nike's, and I highly reccomend it
