Review: Best fire starter we’ve found! - We live in an old farmhouse that’s not super well insulated, so we rely on our woodstove almost daily during the winter season and use these in our wood stove to get fires going most mornings. We tried several different fire starters before we got these, and will never use anything else. This is probably our second year using them, and they work and last for a long time and really do the job well! Plus, they smell nice.

I only smell the wood that is burning. It's a great firestarter for you fire pit. They are light and just the right size and also easy to light. Easy to light up and they work, unlike some others that you had keep a flame on them to get going. Adding a wick may be helpful but lighting the paper cup works just as well. It only takes one to start a fire with dry wood, two if its wet.
