This means that if you forget to fasten the Velcro strap, the first thing to hit the floor will be your computer. I'd prefer that they switch the location of the components so when the system is hanging, the portion that holds the laptop is in the middle section and the pen holder area is on the bottom portion. Also, the pocket for the laptop covers less than half of the laptop. I'd prefer it to be a deeper pocket and a more rigid material.
