**Q: Can2 fit in a normal duplex outlet?**
A: No. I tried every outlet in the house, and can only 'stack' two in the GFCI duplex outlets. In standard duplexes, they won't both fit together.

**Q: If I have horizontal outlets, will these allow me to plug something in vertically?**
A: Yes, one outlet will be vertical.

**Q: How far will it protrude from the wall**
A: The gray shell is nearly a perfect 1.7" cube. When it's plugged in it protrudes 1.7".from the surface of the outlet. The outlet and cover will stand off the wall a little bit, so I'm guessing it will total around 2".

Works nicely for my needs. It rotates the orientation of the plug 90 degrees, so that plug in AC wall warts fit on a strip. I mean, who designs the wall warts to go "in line" like that, they take up two spots. The additional outlets on the side are nice, but not really needed in my application.
