Review: No Pain, Comfy! - This thing is a godsend! My husband got his first when he got his industrial so I got one for myself when it came time to get my double helix and it works great! Large enough that it doesn't feel awkward to lay on, soft enough to be comfy, firm and thick enough to not flatten your ear into the pillow and the hole is large enough even for our big ears. If you're planning on getting piercings on both sides it MIGHT be better to get the version of this pillow with 2 holes so you don't have to adjust as much, but hubby got a triple helix a few months after his industrial on the opposite ear and it still works wonderfully. He can lay on either ear without pain! I also love that they give you the foam piece to fill in the hole once you're done using it as a piercing pillow. The memory foam material and cover are so comfortable. The ear hole design is a game changer for sure!! Unfortunately the pillow was way too tall for me to comfortably sleep on while side sleeping. My neck hurt a lot trying to lift my head high enough to reach the ear hole. Very disappointing to get such an awesome pillow and find out it’s not the right fit for me. I will be ordering the larger lower profile pillow though because this ear hole is amazing for side sleepers with new piercings.
