I don't share their enthusiasm.In general, I think this is a pretty good pillow but definitely not worth its price.Cooling: I can detect a slight cooling difference. But it isn't significant enough to make any difference for over-heaters like me.Size (length): Quite small. I don't particularly mind that but if you move around a lot, you might.Size (thickness): This is the main reason why I can't recommend this pillow. The pillow is simply way too thin even for a modest head (I'm 5'6" and weight 135 lbs). One you place your head on it, it's fine -- but a few seconds later, the weight of your head will depress the pillow to about the thickness of a sheet of paper.It's really too bad, because it defeats the point of having a side pillow -- that is, keeping proper, comfortable spinal alignment. It is thin enough that your head dips down significantly. I'm baffled by why they made it so thin. Putting a pillow underneath it isn't very comfortable because you have to position it in a way that negates the whole shoulder-hole benefit of the pillow.Bottom line: This is a pretty comfortable pillow and there is a slight cooling sensation. But it's way too thin -- it seems to me it should be *at least* twice as thick to be useful. So I find it to be unusable and worth about half the advertised price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best pillow I've owned so far... *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2016* ... and I've owned a bunch. I originally purchased the HIBR Side Pillow direct from HIBR for my wife, who loves hers. On her recommendation, I decided to purchase one for myself and Prime was as convenient as anything else, so I bought mine from Amazon for the same price. I've been sleeping on it for a month or two now (wife has had hers several months longer). It is supportive without being too firm and it is soft without being mushy. It stays cooler than most other pillows and retains its shape, which is a big deal where pillows are concerned. During unboxing, it looked like it should may be be a little larger (more "large pillow sized"), but in practical use, it is the exact right size. I would absolutely recommend this or any other HIBR product to anyone needing a new pillow (or anything else they make). ### ⭐⭐ Cooling feature is non-existent. *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2017* I would say it's ok; but since it's specifically designed for *cooling*, I can safely say it miserably fails at that.
