At 200 lbs, I can slightly feel the floor through the foam when I first crawl onto it and have all my weight on one knee, but after that only nice supported comfort. My only complaint is that your really need a pretty tight fitted sheet so that the creases don’t move while you sleep. No regrets on purchasing though - now we just need a frame for it. I don't believe that was the case when I purchased. Verify that you're comparing the same sizes because I believe when I bought mine full was only available in 6", and was also the only size in that thickness. **Q: Can this mattress be used as a topper on a college dorm bed??** A: I think it would be too big and heavy/bulky. I have both the 6” and the 4” — I find no difference in comfort. Both are firm. So, yes, you can, but I’d suggest the 4” instead. They have a soft side and a firm side, so you can choose. They fold nicely to create a comfortable place to sit. My only issue was that I had to give them away to a friend before we moved because I couldn't fit them in my car. I was truly sad to part with them. I know that if we need something like this again, I would purchase the same product from the same company. We loved these! They would be great for guests and store nicely in a case, or can just be used as a seat. A bit low to the ground for a seat, but kids would love it. These could also be used in a playroom for kids, and if they fall asleep, they make a nice nap area.
