However he will not be able to use by his birthday. The PSP is in decent condition, however they stated it would come wrapped securely. When I received package you could hear it rattle around inside the box. Upon opening it, it was not secured by bubblewrap just a wrapper, also states it would come with a spare battery, but it no battery in the system either.
