The book was informative and easy to read and understand. I think it was priced right as well. Good source of information. I also got a Kindle version of the Collectors Handbook. Between the two I have enough information on this rifle available to me. I recommend it to anyone who wants a quick source of instructions for using and cleaning their Mosin Nagant. AND it is small enough to keep in the shooting or cleaning box so it is always handy.

Was it worth paying for? Perhaps. The content was basically what I expected The rifles are basically are their own manual; they're pretty self explanatory for anyone with a little critical thinking ability, but I did learn some interesting pointers. The bulk of this content is basically available on the internet. I will say though, it's nice to have a manual that has it all in one place; and it's a published book with a pedigree of similarly released manuals. That means it's a more reliable item for resale. Additionally, It's something nice to give with the rifle if ever parting with it.
