I'm letting the club "fall" at the top of my swing now instead of trying to force the downswing with my arms. I'm hitting the ball higher, straighter, and with much more carry distance than I was before my last lesson and the introduction of this training aid to my practice at the driving range. However, I do believe that just concentrating on a swing that is inside out leaves much less of a chance of the left wrist breaking down.
