Review: Works great! No blue led/ring as pictured though. - It works great! Some of the pics at the top of the page & under the Product Description heading show a blue ring and/or light around the reset button. This is not correct. Other pics without the blue circle are a better representation of what you get. I still gave 5 stars because I don't care about the lack of a charging LED indicator (you can tap the Alta HR or check the app to see charging status), but if that is a feature consumers are looking for, they should know it isn't here.
Review: Product does not last! - Product lasted less than 4 months.... just stopped working for no reason. Just changed my review to 5 starts. Contacted company and they immediately refunded my money.... so it is so nice to know that they stand behind their products. Will definitely use them again.

**Q: I dont understand what the difference is between using the reset button or not. Either way it’ll restart as battery charges.  What am I missing here?**
A: When I had troubles getting it to connect with my computer I had to use the reset as part of the process the tech walked me through to fix the problem. Also had to use it when I first set it up on my phone as it would not "turn on" when I tapped the screen...just kept giving me the website address.
