Review: Love It... - 2nd REVIEW UPDATE... It's 5 months since I purchased this product and I still like the LG earbuds. But about 2-3 months ago, the sound in the right earbud stopped working. Even when the volume is turned up to the max - the sound from the right earbud is so faint its like a very low whisper. However, the sound in the left earbud is continuing to work just fine. I thought the issue with the right earbud had something to do with my iPhone, so I tested the earbuds out on 2 other mobile phones and the sound from the right earbud still does not work properly. Other than this, I really light the earbuds. The earbud retraction still works great and I have not had issues with speaking on the phone using the earbuds. Also, I charge the earbuds a few hours at night and I am able to use the earbuds the entire day with no issues with charging. I did purchase the warranty, so if the right earbud continues to not work, I hope the manufacturer honors my warranty. Although I am very disappointed that the right earbud stop working 2-3 months after purchase, I still recommend this product to others 1st REVIEW After purchasing several inexpensive earbuds (that did not last long), I decided to purchase the LG earbud. Thus far, I am very please with the product. The sound is very clear. I am not someone who wants loud music blasting in my ears so I am very pleased with the volume and bass of the music. Also, when I used the cheaper earbuds in the past, I was always told by the person on the phone that he/she could not hear me. So now, every time I speak to someone using the LG earbud, I ask them can you hear me clearly and, so far, 100% of the people have said "yes, I hear you just fine". The retraction on the earbuds are nice as well. The product description states to be gentle when pulling on the retractable earbud. This was a concern of mind at first because I can be a bit rough with products (per my husband). So I make sure to pull on the retractable earbud very gently and so far so good. I have had the product for 1-2 months and I am still pleased. I also purchased the 3-year warranty. So, I recommend this product to others.
Review: Great product! Got my money's worth. - Update: I bought these 12/2022. They have broken a few times and I have glued them back together as they stilled work. Today 7/1/2025, one of the ear buds finally stopped working. These were my favorite earbuds and I definitely got my money's worth. Wish I could buy another pair. It is worth it. The people on the other end can hear me load and clear. It works better than thr cat bluetooth for sure. I can hear them well. The buttons are flipped compared to my last LG but I'm glad I spent the extra money to get a better product. I love the retractable ear peices too.

2nd REVIEW UPDATE... It's 5 months since I purchased this product and I still like the LG earbuds. But about 2-3 months ago, the sound in the right earbud stopped working. Even when the volume is turned up to the max - the sound from the right earbud is so faint its like a very low whisper. However, the sound in the left earbud is continuing to work just fine. Update: I bought these 12/2022. They have broken a few times and I have glued them back together as they stilled work. Today 7/1/2025, one of the ear buds finally stopped working. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good sound quality, but the earpieces give out after about 1 year

I have ordered 5 these over the past several years. The quality and convenience are excellent, at a very reasonable price point. However, with each set, one of the earpieces goes out around the 1 year mark. I usually can live with one ear piece for about another 6 months until it goes out and I order a replacement. However, I tried some other brands and the sound quality on the microphone was lacking. I hope that helps.
