Strong Anti Oxidant
I am no fan of the food source of this item (artichokes?) I use it with quercetin and vitamin C and have read on the label to also use B12 with it which I need to take more of anyway. Things like grape seed extract, pine bark extract, pycnogenol, zinc, and astragalus all have similar benefits. One a day dose of luteolin with your vitamin C appear to give good results for colds etc. Everyone's constitution is different so check with healthcare pro if you are taking RX.

It's ok but not that big of a deal
It's ok but not that great for my purposes. I think the product is good just don't think it's the best antioxidant for my purposes.
