It has great diagrams of each of the meridians and she locates the points so that even I can find them. Very helpful explanations of the functions and common usages of all the points, especially the major points. You can look up most any problem or situation in the index and you are directed to the appropriate points and meridians. I am enjoying it because it is so easy to understand.
