Use them constantly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super useful *by D***N on September 11, 2023* I got these primarily to help when my milk came in to help dry me up (pregnant and can’t breastfeed). These were very easy to slip into my sports bra, and I could use multiple of them at once. The nice thing is they stay cold for a while but they freeze and are still soft and pliable. The do come with covers but I found I didn’t need them if I just made sure the white side was one skin (not the blue gel side).Even better is these make great ice packs to migraines and bumps and bruises too.
