Would be 5 stars if 5Ghz wireless is supported. Its baffling how 5ghz is omitted. Most home Wifi networks use 5ghz as a primary connection and connecting this product is often met with challenges. Especially if you have google mesh Wifi. I needed to create a duplicate wifi network as my home but on my cellphone hotspot just to get these devices to connect to a 2.4 ghz network. Once they learned the SSID and password, i was able to shut off my hotspot and the devices connected to the 2.4ghz band of my wireless. Another option is to go to the furthest corner of your house where only 2.4 Ghz reaches, then connect.
