Ingredients Rusk (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Salt, Raising Agent (E503) Spices, Dextrose Directions Just add lean mince and water to spice mix the fill into pie shells.

- Add 125g seasoning to 425g minced meat (traditionally lamb or beef) & 450ml of water, mix well and allow to stand for 20 minutes.
- Fill into pie shells or pastry and cook for around 35 minutes or until cooked through.
- Tips: the mix will be watery at first - this is normal, it will firm upon standing.
