Please try giving it a little wiggle as you hold it down for a short period of time. Might need to give it a little extra force as well. If that does the trick, then I'd ask to give it a little bit of use and it should wear into easier form. If the problem persists, please let us know. **Q: Could someone please tell me the exact battery this counter takes?** A: I’m not aware that it has a battery **Q: Replaced battery and now it won't count at all suggestions? I’ve only used it two months and feels like the battery should not have died that quicky?** A: In general we expect the batteries to last longer than that. We have some going on a year with moderate use. Please contact us directly so we can troubleshoot this problem. **Q: Does this row counter work while the machine is in panel mode?** A: Yes if you have the magnet on the machine at the edge of the panel starting stitch. ## Frequently Bought Together - Row Counter for Import (ex: Sentro) Knitting Machines 48, 40 & 22 Needles - Knitting Machine Adapter,Quick Knit Machine Attachment with Power Screwdriver for 48Needles,40 and 22,Crank Handle Adapter with Hex Drill Steel Bit,DIY Craft Knit Sewing Accessories for Beginner(Pink) - SENTRO 48 Needles Knitting Machines with Row Counter,Smart Knitting Crochet Machine,Weaving Round Loom,Double Knit Loom Machine Kit,DIY Knit Scarf Hat Sock --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/414369872-row-counter-for-import-ex-sentro-knitting-machines-48-40](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/414369872-row-counter-for-import-ex-sentro-knitting-machines-48-40) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
