I am usng this part to anchor a WOSS anchor point trainer (very similar to TRX, but way less expensive - check the lawsuit). Hired a handyman to mount to a wall stud as the ceiling isn't very high where I use my trainer.This part is made of sturdy, heavy metal and I see no issues with the workmanship.
